Payment for classes and training sessions must be made in full in advance. All classes are non-refundable. Parents are not permitted to observe classes. By accessing and participating in classes or sessions offered through the Website, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of such classes or sessions by the Owner for educational, training, or promotional purposes. You agree that any recordings may include your voice, image, or likeness as part of the class or session. You further acknowledge that these recordings may be used, reproduced, and distributed by the Owner in various media formats, including but not limited to, video, audio, and written transcripts.
